IF YOU HAVE EMAILED AN ORDER OR REQUEST FOR A DONATION TO ME AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ME, PLEASE BE PATIENT OR EMAIL ME AGAIN.  I AM WORKING HARD TO CATCH UP, BUT IT WILL TAKE ME A WHILE LONGER.

HOW TO ORDER

Follow these steps to order:

  1. Choose the items that you want.

  2. Choose the fabrics that you want for Snugglers™, Terry Togs™, Ascots, and/or Boy Bands.

  3. Determine what size you need by taking the measurements of your dog for Snugglers™ and/or Terry Togs™ and comparing them to my dogs.  For the Boy Band, measure snuggly, not tight, around his "vital" area.

  4. Email us at suzanne@suzieqdesigns.com with the first three steps and/or any questions you may have.

  5. We will contact you as soon as possible to clarify your order.

  6. We will tell you the cost of your total order, including shipping and handling (see below).

  7. As soon as you confirm your order, we will actually make your custom-made items.  See Special Note below.

  8. Mail your payment (check or money order) to:  Suzanne M. Palmer, P.O. Box 190231, Atlanta, GA  31119-0231.

  9. As soon as your payment is received, your items will be mailed.

  10. Email us at suzanne@suzieqdesigns.com when you receive your items and let us know if they are satisfactory.  If you are not satisfied, for any reason, let us know that, too.  Then return the item to us.  Upon receipt of the item, we will exchange it or refund the cost, less shipping and handling.

  11. Don't forget to ask for your Secret Pal or SEGC/SEGA discount!

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

  • Most orders are sent via the U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. 

  • Shipping and Handling for most of our products is now included in the price of the item as noted on the product's webpage.  

  • Check with us for S&H on items not clearly noted as having S&H included in the price.

  • If you order more than one item, the S&H charge will be reduced if warranted.  When we confirm your order, we will let you know. 

  • If you need faster delivery or insurance, please let us know at the time you order, and we will let you know what the additional charges are.

SPECIAL NOTE

Due to busy times at work (we are both accountants by trade), there are periods during the month and year that could cause delivery times on custom-made orders to be slower than usual.  These times are:

1)    The first 10 days of each month, and

2)    During "Tax Seasons" from January through April 15th and from September 1 through October 15th.
