TOPHATS What does the best-dressed dog wear to the races? A hat and scarf from SuzieQ's, of course. Each Tophat is one-of-a-kind, made with ribbon and flowers in the color combination that you choose. The ladies' hats come in straw and white. Men - your hats are subject to availability (sorry guys). In the past, we've had panamas, bowlers, stovepipes, and 10-gallons for the guys.
